Marina Freyja Rose
And I am a witch, animist and women's mentor seeking to accompany people back home into belonging with their bodies and the land.
Through modalities like hormonal and womb coaching, embodiment, ceremony, dance, ritual and oracle I guide folks into restore and reclaim their innate wholeness, their instinctual wild nature and the Earth as their home.
I'm passionate about accompanying others on the path of alchemizing their grief, anger, hardships and heartbreaks into empowerment, deeper embodiment and devotional purpose.

As a kid I used to pray to god every night and asked them to please please let me become a witch and fly across the sky on my broom.
I'm proud so say that without consciously intending so I have made this my every day reality.
Since I can remember I was interested in magic, talking to animals, playing fortune teller and brewing grass tinctures.
I would regularly be able to see snippets of the future in trance like states and one of my favorite things to do was to turn myself bottom up and look at the world upside down.
The conventional path was never one that spoke to or worked for me even though believe me I've tried and fought hard for a while trying to fit in.
But no matter what costs I had to pay along the way - I could never suppress or tame my immense thirst and hunger for a deeper, more spirited and truly animated life.
Have you ever gazed into the starry night sky and allowed yourself to ponder that right now you're standing on the "bottom" of the Earths globe and actually you're not looking up but down into endless infinite space?
While your feet are still rooted to the Earth?
Well, maybe you should give it a try...
My main values are animism, depth, authenticity, beauty,attunement, embodiment, discipline, truth and aliveness.
These are my guiding principles that govern all my bodies of work.
From dance and embodiment workshops to womb and hormonal coaching to The Somatic Oracle to my 1.1 work to group containers to ceremonies and rituals to art and performance - all of what I do is informed by these guiding poles.
I carry a huge vision for humanity that at times feels heavy to bear.
And yet I follow my passions, my dreams and visions, my hunger and what lights me up because what else is there to live or to die for - if not this?!
